Barker Ross is recruiting on behalf of their client who is the largest in their field for a Consumer Services Administrator.

You will join a small and friendly team based at their site in Peterborough.

This is a permanent position. Hours are Monday to Friday, working 09:00 - 17.30.

Duties to include:

To provide primary telephone, e-mail and letter support for the UK end users of clients products

Job requirement: Extensive knowledge of the product range and the ability to communicate professionally and clearly members of the public

Answering consumer telephone calls, emails and letters also liaising with other CSA's as required to provide a seamless service

Recording and maintaining information on all consumer queries, problems and warranty issues. Completing a daily log of volumes of contact

Arranging for dispatch of spares and product replacements with the Operational Team or Facilities Manager

Arrange for the correct paperwork to be available for spares dispatch to Europe

Updating product knowledge by having regular training with relevant Managers and to assist in training new staff members when required

Providing immediate feedback to the Management team in the event of frequent instances of problems with the same products so the appropriate remedial action can be taken

Provide catering/showroom maintenance cover for the hospitality team.

Providing admin support to the Trading team

Providing general support to other team members and departments as needed.
