A new opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Assistant in Norwich, working with a well-established, successful business. 
Based on site, with an experienced team around you, this varied role will involve the following tasks:

Payroll Tasks:
Processing Sickness – Maintain sickness tracker and inform payroll team about sickness deductions
Processing Holiday - Maintain holiday calendar import
Maintain shift patterns in the HR/Payroll system 
Supporting the Payroll & Pensions Manager with other tasks as needed
Checking overtime claims
Processing new starters 
Process P45 for leavers

HR Tasks
Processing new starters and leavers
Benefit administration
Maintaining and updating all HR systems and databases
Managing new starter inductions
Maintaining up to date and accurate employee files 

This role would suit an individual who has some payroll & HR experience and seeking a new and diverse role.
