Full Time, Permanent Position

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

£28,000 - £32,000 + Commission (depending on experience)

Your Role:

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of the sales team, managing customer accounts and building relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets - High daily activity based around set KPI's (inbound/outbound calls, activities, opportunities, quotes to order conversion)
Initiate and develop new sales opportunities/prospecting using outbound cold calls, emails and lead follow-ups
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities - Daily Account Management - customer retention and growth
Prompt contact with incoming leads and follow-ups
Booking meetings for the Field Sales Executive where required, Quoting/follow ups from these meetings
Contacting existing customers for repeat orders, upsell and cross selling
Maintain consistent standards of customer contact, answering customer questions and resolving their concerns
Understanding of business goals and targets
Stay up to date with competition in the market
Explain and demonstrate functions and features of products and services
Sell product(s) in line with profit margin and pricing directives.
