Menopause & Me Project Lead

Our Wellbeing team are looking for someone who share our values and want to join our team. The Menopause & me project lead role is offered on a job share basis and will lead project delivery, particularly the Menopause & Me Project. We are interested in someone who:

* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of working.

* Has knowledge and understanding of mental health and wellbeing

* Knowledge and understanding of the (peri)menopause

* Experience managing budgets

* Has experience giving presentations/public speaking skills

* Has strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish good working relationships

* Resilience to work sensitively around difficult topics

* Confident with IT

* Is able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines

This position is for 12 hours per week, until 31 March 2025. We offer hybrid working with your time split between home working and Ipswich County Library with occasional travel to other libraries as necessary.

The rate of pay for this position is £29,775.40 per annum, pro rata.
