Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Ensure kitchen operations run seamlessly, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus, utilising fresh, high-quality ingredients.Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in an upscale dining establishment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for creating culinary masterpieces and staying abreast of industry trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
