Please note that this is a UK/Ireland-based role and overnight stays will be required most weeks.

Are you the right person for the job?

Proven experience as a Service and Repair Engineer or similar role
Strong technical knowledge of sterilisation equipment and EO sterilisation processes
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
What will your role look like?

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Sterilisers
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with sterilisation cycles and system components
Install and calibrate new equipment and upgrades
Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of our products
Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest improvements and implement new features
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
