Sales Manager Role and Responsibilities
Lead a team of Sales Consultants to exceed targets.
Keep the CRM system up to date with sales leads and opportunities.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Identify new opportunities.
Develop strategies and action plans.
Sales Manager Skills and Experience Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for leading teams to achieve success.
Skilled at building relationships.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Demonstrates a commitment to drive strategic growth and profitability.
Sales Manager Key Benefits
Monday to Friday with options to work 08:00 - 16:00, 08:30 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:00.
Salary £40,000 plus £6,000 bonus.
Hybrid working.
