Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Technical Surveyor / Estimator to join our team in Essex. As an Insurance Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting technical surveys and estimating costs for insurance claims in the region. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and possess excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting technical surveys of properties to assess damage
Estimating costs for repairs and replacements
Liaising with clients, contractors, and insurance companies
Writing detailed reports on survey findings
Keeping up-to-date on industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
Relevant technical qualification or experience in surveying or estimating
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficient in using computer software for estimating purposes
Full driving license and willingness to travel within the region
Location: Essex, CM2 5PS Salary: £41,000 per annum with an additional car allowance of £4,800
