JMC are working with an FBO company based in Stansted, looking to recruit a new CNC Operator/Miller to join their team.
This client is well known for outstanding levels of service in their FBO facility. As a family run business with multiple decades of experience, they strive for excellence throughout their skilled workforce as they deal with in-house engineering and support services on business jets.
This is a Permanent Position based in Stansted, 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The Role:
The main purpose of this role is to carry out skilled work using a Jig Borer/Manual Mill machine, setting and running the Jig Borer/Manual Mill to perform the allocated tasks to meet targets, criteria and deadlines.
Other duties involve:
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, and technical specifications to determine the machining requirements.
* Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
* Adjust machine settings, such as speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, to achieve precise tolerances and surface finishes.
* Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
* Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety are following.
Skills and experience required:
* In order to be successful in this role the will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Right to live and work in the EU/ UK/ US/ Canada act
* Previous experience in Aerospace Industry
* Proven experience with Jig Boring/Manual Milling
* Experience using lifting equipment such as Jib Crane and pedestrian forklift to load/unload material from or to machines
