Company Overview:
Our client is a distinguished entity within the bailiff customer service sector, renowned for their unique approach in working with prominent companies such as O2 and EE. Specialising in managing accounts in arrears exceeding £600, they pride themselves on effective communication and assertive customer engagement.

Role Summary:
The Sales Debt Advisor role requires individuals with strong communication skills and a penchant for managing challenging interactions. Candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers in arrears, providing support, and facilitating debt recovery processes.

Key Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations
Assertive and confident demeanour
Well-organised with excellent time management skills
Previous experience in sales or outbound call handling preferred
Full training will be provided, but a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant fields is desired

Shift Details:
Rotating shifts on a weekly basis, Monday to Friday
Shift timings: 08:00-16:00 & 10:00-18:00 (consistent schedule for effective planning)
