TEST ENGINEER

12 month contract
£17.02 PAYE or £22.87 per hour (Umbrella)
The Company – Test Engineer – Cambridge
A leading manufacturer of optical systems and industrial measurement and medical devices are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join their expanding team.
The Role – Test Engineer – Cambridge
Hours are Mon – Fri, 7.15 AM – 4.15 PM (with flexibility around start and finish time).
Key accountabilities:
* Instrument Test role working on Scanning Electron Microscopes.
* Setting up the systems
* Follow calibration procedures (mainly computer based, some mechanical)
* Check the test points ensuring each machine is functioning accordingly
Package On Offer – Test Engineer – Cambridge
* £17.02 p/h PAYE or £22.87 p/h Umbrella
* 25 days holiday + Bank (increasing overtime)
* Statutory pension
* Excellent OEM training!
Skills/Experience Required – Test Engineer – Cambridge
* Previous test experience
* Need to be Basic DBS clearable and willing to do an airline security course.
* Good attention to detail. Hard working. Reliable.
