Front of House Manager

My client is a well know motor group who are looking for a full-time Front of House manager to join their team in Cambridge.
Working a Monday to Friday and some weekend shifts you will get the opportunity to participate in their leadership and development programmes, expanding and growing your career and earn generous bonuses.
You must have experience within a Senior customer service role ideally within the motor industry.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
· Working with all team members to implement quality processes and procedures.
· Carry out spot checks, audit activities and reports, monitor actions and responsibilities and investigations.
· Take the lead, manage the team, and promote positive working environments.
· Organise regular management quality review meetings and produce the necessary reports and required information.
The successful candidate will:
· Experience within the motor industry
· Previous responsibility in customer service
