Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading fit out contractor in their search for a Construction Project Manager located in Cambridge paying betwen £65,000 - £75,000.
This role entails immediate involvement in Commercial fit-out projects throughout Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:
* Spearhead commercial fit-out projects with contract values ranging from £750K to £5M.
* Join a reputable team known for its efficiency and adherence to high standards.
* Oversee projects with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes, necessitating meticulous attention to detail.
* Ensure effective communication with clients and on-site contractors, while also maintaining cost and time constraints.
Requirements for the Construction Project Manager:
* Demonstrable expertise in Commercial Fit-Out projects.
* Experience managing commercial projects.
* Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Fit-Out projects.
* Proficient in handling contracts ranging from £750k to £5M.
* Strong communication skills.
* Desire for a permanent role.
* Hands-on approach to project management.
* Excellent organizational and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in computer skills.
