My client is a leading provider of digital solutions to the hospitality sector. These include EPoS solutions. They now seek an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team. They are committed to delivering cutting edge technology and the highest level of customer service, empowering businesses in the hospitality, retail and robotic sectors to streamline operations and enhance their overall efficiency
Responsibilities:
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and present tailored digital / EPoS system solutions
* Develop and launch sales plan for robotics
* Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
* Be a trusted advisor to clients
* Work with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and tech solutions and customer satisfaction
* Keep informed of industry trends
* Assist the product development and marketing teams
* Travel to client sites and attend exhibitions
* Keep reports of sales activities and customer interactions
Your skills:
* B2B sales experience ideally in a technically related industry but not essential EPoS related
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and sound business relationships
* Self motivation
