Responsibilities:
Receive and check deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation ✅
Track parts in the maintenance cycle by recording serial numbers 🔄
Collaborate with the Customer Support Team on incoming orders 💻
Complete internal product documentation accurately and on time 📝
Maintain a tidy yard and department 🧹
Meticulously record all stock movements 📊
Coordinate collection times with customers 📅
Arrange and book deliveries and collections 🚛
Be flexible with shifts to meet customer needs ⏰Skills and Qualifications:
Enthusiastic and eager to learn 📚
Ability to work independently and manage workload 💪
Strong attention to detail 🎯
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills ✍️
Computer literacy is essential 💻
Counterbalance forklift licence is desirable, but not essential 🏗️
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute 💡

Capable of handling heavy lifting 💪
