Our client is a leading supplier of industrial shelving units, who offer a range of storage solutions ranging from heavy duty warehouse & industrial shelving to metal racking, garage shelving & workbenches.
Based in central Chelmsford, Essex we are looking to recruit a candidate to join the Customer Service team.
We are looking for a candidate who can offer the following:
* Advising customers on our range of storage solutions for home & business
* Processing order over the phone
* Resolving delivery issues and tactfully dealing with non-positive enquiries
* Replying to enquiries via email, live chat and over the phone
* General administrative task
* Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
The personal skills we are looking for:
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Experience in call handling.
* Positive, can-do attitude.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who is local to the Chelmsford area and who is looking for a full-time, permanent role.
