Hales Group are seeking a Administrator to support our client in Bungay on a Permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join a unique business who pride themselves in being a friendly and supportive team.

Main duties will include:
Inbound calls for customers placing orders
Handling inbound calls for customer queries efficiently via telephone
Handling and delegating any orders made through the company website
Collaborating with team members, other departments, carriers, and suppliers to meet customer needs and taking ownership of customer issues from inception to resolution.     The successful Administrator will have demonstrable experience of the following:
A positive “can do” attitude
Proven communication skills (written and verbal)
Has the ability to construct well written emails to customers.
Works with a high level of integrity at all times when dealing with customers and others.  
LOCATION: Bungay
HOURS: 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday
PAY: £11.44 per hour
DURATION : Permanent
