We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR & Recruitment professional to join one of our successful and well established clients based in Nottingham on a full time and permanent basis.

This client boasts a fast paced, challenging and rewarding environment, with sites globally, they are looking for ambitious and hard working individual who can contribute to their team both on a personal and professional level.

You will provide a generalist HR service as well as overseeing the day to day running of the recruitment which includes direct support for the HR Business Partner as and when needed and providing effective and efficient support to the team at all times. If you are CIPD level 5 qualified with the skills and background to match, and you are looking for a new, fresh challenge, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of relevant HR administration, including the following key areas: Low level ER casework, Performance Management & EBIS
Develop and maintain the computer data base and personal information for all relevant employees
Support the recruitment and selection activity and campaigns for the business
Administrative support and involvement in HR meetings/minute taking as and when required
Ensure accurate completion of security vetting for relevant employees and to liaise with responsible administrators from operational sites.Essential experience:

Proven experience as HR Generalist/Advisor or other relevant HR positions
Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, development, employee relations etc.)
Understanding of employment law and ER processes
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Access HRIS system
Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
