Shift Engineer
£42,500 – 45,000 + Package

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Multiskilled, Shift Engineer to work on an Anaerobic Digestion plant, near Grantham.
Our client is a leading business within the Renewable Energy sector and are looking for an Engineer to join their team on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern.
As the Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out fault finding and repairs on Electrical and Mechanical plant such as: Pumps, motors, compressors, and PLCs
Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding across the AD site
Planning and implementation of planned preventative maintenance to ensure full plant efficiency
Supervision of other team members
Supporting with plant operations when required
Ensuring out of hour call outs are responded to in a timely manner
Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
Experience in the Anaerobic Digestion sector is desired but not essential
Relevant engineering qualification; NVQ/BTEC/Apprenticeship etc
Previous experience within a Process Environment such as water treatment, food processing plant, chemical plant etc
The ability to work an out of hours callout rota
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
