This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent construction consultancy with a strong client base as a Senior Project Surveyor in Northampton. The company is well known within the Industrial & Logistics and Commercial sectors, and are also growing in other areas including Education and Leisure.
In this role, you will be responsible for cost estimating, managing the tender process, valuations, regular reporting to clients and facilitating full cost control for allocated projects. You will also be expected to advise on contracts, warranties, professional appointments and other legal aspects of projects.
To be considered, candidates should have quantity surveying experience from either a contracting or consultancy background, and ideally on new build projects within the Commercial or Industrial & Logistics sectors. Candidates will ideally be MRICS or MCIOB chartered.
On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance with additional incentives for going hybrid/electric, discretionary bonus scheme, private medical cover, pension and 25 days’ annual leave.
The business is based in Northampton and have free parking at the office. They operate a flexible working policy with a minimum of 2 days per week to be spent in the office.
