Temp to Perm Opportunity
Between Stoke and London
£16 per hour + overtime for Nights & Weekends (CIS)
Our client is seeking an individual with a general construction background to perform maintenance and repairs on station buildings between London and Stoke. Responsibilities may include supervising subcontractors, checking site paperwork, and carrying out tasks such as fixing toilets, door handles, tactile paving, drains, guttering, roofing, as well as painting, filling, and plastering.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, averaging 42 hours per week.
