Revit Technician
Are you a Revit Technician with at least 18 months experience in the building services industry, are you looking to take your career to the next stages of development?

Responsibilities
• Work closely with engineers, co-ordinating and modelling design projects.
• Liaise with client and expect to be point of contact for BIM expertise.
• Taking design from engineers and modelling these mainly in Revit MEP
• Participate in coordination meetings internally and externally.
• Expected to check own and others work.
• Chance to meet/visit with clients as and when required for the projects.
Experience
• Solid understanding of Revit MEP functionality is essential
• Experience modelling systems, creating and working with schedules, creating Sheets
• Proficient in Navisworks and experience in clash detection.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong 3D coordination of all MEP services, taking into consideration unique features associated with each service, allowing for access and maintenance, buildability, etc.
• Understanding of BIM terminology.
• Able to produce and a passion for neat drawings and modelling.
• Experience of Office 365 products.
