Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £16 - 17 per hour (Reviewed after 3 months)
Shift: Day Shift (Monday - Friday)

The Dispatch Supervisor Role:
Managing a team of 9 - 10 drivers
Route planning
Liaising with customers via phone and email
Checking the vans are loaded and unloaded with the correct products
Delivering orders nationwide (when needed)
Booking vans in for MOTs, service and repairs
Completing paperwork
Any other duties as requiredThe Candidate:
Must have previous experience either as a Team Leader or Supervisor
Must have a Full Driving License (no more than 6 points)
Must have a positive attitude
Must be very flexible during busy periods
Have previous experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment is beneficial
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Work well as part of a team
