Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Chartered Accountant to join our team with a clear path to partnership. As a key member of the firm, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, managing client relationships, and shaping the strategic direction of our practice.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a portfolio of small to medium SME clients, providing expert financial advice and services.

* Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance documents.

* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our client base and enhance revenue streams.

* Mentor and coach junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

* Collaborate with partners and senior management to set strategic goals and drive business growth.

Requirements:

* Chartered Accountant (ACCA) qualification with over 15 years of experience in practice accounting.

* Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality financial services.

* Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business results
