Specialist tools providedREClifts are looking for an NVQ 2 qualified Stairlift Engineer to join a well established Lift company within the Midlands. There are 2 roles available 1 Service and Repair and 1 Installation role. A hybrid role is available for those who enjoy Service and Installations.
Stairlift Engineer Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys as required
Provide day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance of contracts
To respond to emergency callouts and carry out any remedial works as required
Carry out asset verification
Install both straight and curved stairlifts, rip out replacement and refurbishments
Act in a professional and diligent manner, considering the need of the clientIdeal Stairlift Engineer:
NVQ 2
CSCS and /or SSSTS - DESIRABLE
UK Driving license - ESSENTIAL
Experience installing both straight and curved stairlifts
Mechanical skill set required preferable in the stairlift sector - ESSENTIAL
Reliable and compassionate and professional at all times
Must be able to provide up-to-date references and willing to undertake DBS check.
Problem-solving abilities and the ability to use your own initiative
The ideal candidate would have installed a wide range of Stairlift manufacturers including HandicareCommutable: Leicester, Loughbrough, Melton Mowbray, Coalville, Derby,Nottingham, Coventry, Northampton
