Freight Forwarder based in Derby are looking to expand their Air Freight team with a new Operator.
The role will cover both Imports and Exports, will be predominately Air Freight, some knowledge of Sea and Road Freight would be an advantage.
Duties will include;
* Liaising with customers and overseas partners
* Providing excellent customer service
* Completing relevant Import / Export documentation
* Taking Bookings
* Arranging deliveries
* Customs entries
* Invoicing and administration.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 - 3 years previous experience within an Air Freight role. Must have excellent customer service skills, and ideally already have experience with customs entries.
Salary is according to experience
