Senior Quality Engineer

A client of mine are now seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with a background in the aerospace sector.

You will have:

* 5 years aerospace sector experience (quality protocols/accreditations)

* 10 years engineering experience

We would like you to have:

* Internal quality auditing experience

* Quality control environment familiarity

* Expertise in areas like FAIR, machining, fabrication

* Conversance with NPI tools/practices

Responsibilities:

* Interface with production, management, clients

* Set staff benchmarks aligned with objectives

* Mentor and lead the team

* Oversee all manufacturing quality matters

* Monitor quality metrics (scrap, rework, PPM, NCRs)
