* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous, suitable for a senior engineer looking to step into management.

* In-depth knowledge of service and maintenance protocols for air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
* Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database management.
