Location - Stamford
Salary - £23000 - £25000

We are recruiting for a supportive and enthusiastic data professional that contributes to the achievement of our clients goals and growth strategy.
Client Relationship Executive
* To support both suppliers and buyers by building great data.
* Operate Live Chat. Providing support to external agents and onboarding of new users.
* Actively support the achievement of the retentions and new sales targets.
* Produce agreed reports to support the retention of clients within agreed timelines.
* Research leads to drive listings & supply to the sales team.
* Support the running of mini expos.
* Continual updating of the contacts database on CRM and HubSpot.
* Adherence to industry standards.
We are looking for:
* Essential - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programme - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
* Flexible and comfortable with fast paced change.
* Able to work under own initiative and to work under pressure.
* Unafraid of new challenges.
* PowerBI would be advantageous
* Driving license
