An exciting, permanent, full time opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager to join forces with an expert residential developer situated on the South Coast. Our client prides themselves on providing unique and bespoke developments in idyllic locations with an emphasis on sustainability and ingenuity.
Technical Manager Duties:
- Providing technical design approvals for the projects
- Creating and presenting the design programme at progress meetings
- Communicating with the relevant authorities
- Maintaining multiple sites at least, concurrently
- Reviewing detailed construction drawings
- Recognising and addressing technical and construction issues as they emerge
- Adhering to budgetary constraints
- Conducting site inspections
Technical Manager Criteria:
- Experienced technical or design manager from a residential developer, or a senior technical coordinator eager to advance.
- Strong understanding of traditional construction.
- Technical knowledge of high-rise projects and preferably have job running experience.
- Has a strong understanding of traditional construction.
- Degree-level construction, design, or technical certification.
