Our client, an innovative manufacturing company, seek to appoint an electrically biased Commissioning Technician. You will be responsible for electrical testing & commissioning various air handling (AHU) installations. Wiring & Fixing Actuator Motors, Sensors & Switches etc. Fault finding and correction of AHU control systems and carrying out Pre-Commissioning Electrical Checks.
This is a predominately site based role with UK travel and will require overnight stays away from home. A full UK Driving Licence is required as company van provided. Must be flexible with a hands-on approach to working on your own initiative with minimum supervision or within a project team. CSCS/Skills Card required.

Commissioning Technician - Role and Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Electrical testing & commissioning various air handling (AHU) installations.
Wiring & Fixing Actuator Motors, Sensors & Switches etc.
Fault finding and correction of AHU control systems and carrying out Pre-Commissioning Electrical Checks.
Responding to customer contact in a timely and structured manner. Good personal presentation and attention to detail.
Travelling to customer facilities UK wide to commission equipment.
Commissioning Technician – Skills & Experience
Previous controls and commissioning experience.
Fault finding and fit experience.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
Excellent Technical knowledge of HVAC Control Systems and Air Handling Units.
Excellent customer service skills and a sense of initiative when prioritising workload.
Full UK Driving Licence as company van provide and ability to travel throughout UK (will require overnight stays away from home).
CSCS / Skills Card required.
