Position Overview:
 
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who is not only obsessed with crafting the perfect cup of coffee but also possesses a creative touch when it comes to coffee art. As a key member of our client's team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise, engage with customers, and contribute to the success of this café.
 
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers with precision and consistency.
Showcase your creativity by mastering the art of coffee decoration, creating visually stunning latte art designs that leave a lasting impression.
Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including the coffee station and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café is well-stocked at all times.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment, supporting each other during busy periods. Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop environment.
A genuine passion for coffee, with a strong knowledge of different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and coffee art techniques.
Proficiency in creating intricate latte art designs is essential.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week or more, including weekends and holidays.
Barista certification or training is a plus. Salary and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of £11.50 - £12.00, depending on experience.
