Field Installations Team Leader

4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Installation Team Leader to join a business that supplies material handling / warehouse management solutions to a growing customer base.

You will be a Home-Based Engineer Team Leader (ideally Midlands) and will be required to lead a Team of 5 that assist in the assembly and installation of equipment on customer sites including testing the installation and commissioning of equipment. You will drive the electrical and mechanical installations, supervise the engineers and sub-contractors, support with the planning of labour allocation and assets and support the Team with the assembly and installation of products when necessary.

The ideal candidate will be:
Electrical or Mechanical Qualified 
Have strong electro and mechanical skills 
Electrical and controls knowledge
Past experience in an Installation Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Multi Skilled Engineer based role, and ideally experience leading a team. 
Good customer facing skills  Candidates will ideally be based in the Midlands area such as Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire.

The role will involve staying away from home Monday - Friday and in return they are offering:
