Wanted a Customer Service Advisor to join the Housing Repairs Team!

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Service Advisor for an East London Housing Company with a focus on social rent, private rent, and shared ownership properties.. You'll be the go-to person for resident enquiries about housing management, repairs, maintenance, and complaints.

What You'll Do:

Handle Calls & Emails: Be the first point of contact, resolve queries, direct residents to our website, and guide them to our self-service portal.
Manage Enquiries: Log all interactions in our CRM system, coordinate with contractors, close repair orders, and process invoices.
Follow Up: Contact residents post-repair to ensure satisfaction and complete surveys.
Schedule Viewings: Arrange property viewings for prospective tenants.
Support Team: Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.

Experience: in private sector housing or local government.
Skills: Top-notch customer service, excellent listening, IT, and communication skills.
