Your new role:

* Provide technical support for the development, implementation and administration of new products

* Attend customer meetings and represent the company from a technical perspective at architecture, security and operational customer boards.

* Interface with multiple areas of technology and multiple departments to support in implementation of new solutions and products

* Recommend and influence operational elements of supporting new products and services

* Aid in the implementation of new processes and procedures to support newly released products and solutions

* Provide technical assistance and support to the pre-sales / sales teams

What you’ll need to succeed:

* Knowledge and Experience of Wide Area and Local Area Networking (WAN/LAN)

* Knowledge and experience of access technologies, including Wi-Fi

* Strong customer and stakeholder management skills

* Advanced hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, experience and good knowledge of MPLS protocols and operation

* Experience supporting delivery of complex project-based work
