Contracts Manager – Groundworks and Frames

About the company
Our client is a vibrant and dynamic company specialising in all aspects of civil engineering including groundworks, basements and foundations. Bringing together a wealth of expertise to provide a professional and personal service to all of their loyal client base has been the backbone of the quality schemes they complete. Projects mainly consist of groundworks, RC Frame and drainage.
About the Role
Due to the on-going expansion of the company and awarding of new projects, our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager or well experienced Project Manager to join their team to oversee projects across London, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. The ideal Candidate will have come from an Engineering background that has progressed into a Projects manager. You should have previous experience in the delivery of Groundwork and Frame packages.
About the requirements
* Proven track record of delivering Civil, Groundwork and RC Frame projects on time and within budget
* Engineering background – ideally Degree educated
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* 5+ years experience in working as a Project Manager

Salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
