Project Director

Duke Corporate Education is seeking a motivated Project Director to join our team of experienced business and learning experts. Responsibilities
Translate client needs into actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables.
Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
Lead project team members by providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met.
Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams.
Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution.
Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance.
Requirements
Must Haves
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, education management industry preferred.
Experience in Learning and Development program design, Leadership Development preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project team members to drive success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management software and tools.
