Future plans require the introduction of highly talented individuals especially in direct sales functions across Europe. Chosen individuals will join a successful team, benefiting from an excellent knowledge base and support structure, along with comprehensive training, development and coaching across products and sales techniques.

Whilst those with sales experience (field or internal) are of particular interest, this opportunity is open to those that are motivated to secure a direct sales role for the first time. With this in mind, applications are welcome from those that currently operate in technical/support and operational roles. The company’s methodical sales process coupled with training and development allows for those that are not yet fully exposed in a direct selling post.

As the Field Sales Representative your main responsibilities will be:

* Operating to a routine sales process adopted across the business. This involves introducing the company to prospect clients in order to achieve face to face discussion and in turn product trials.

* Attending customer site meetings in order to further understand the client’s current processes and their overall needs and issues. This will aid the process of identifying the main benefits of how the company’s products will aid the clients own processes, efficiencies and general operations.

* Planning site visits, maximising time in key locations and numbers of meetings.

* Co-ordinating trials and further discussions with those that are classed as influencers / decision makers.

* Completion of the company’s CRM database, plus compiling weekly and monthly reports, which can be reviewed with the management team.

* Conducting on-site training for customers and their staff.

* Achievement of weekly routine activities and annual sales targets.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* A proactive and positive attitude, motivated to achieve goals

* Enjoys forming relationships and working with people both externally and internally

* Enjoys being part of a team, but equally comfortable working alone

* Appreciates the support of others and is capable of operating to a set sales process/routine, which continues to be highly successful

* Enjoys the prospect of identifying new opportunities and in turn maintaining accounts

* Is inquisitive and appreciates the need to fully understand the client, their needs, issues and how these points can be used to promote the benefits of the company’s products

* Able to drive and has a clean driving licence

* Must be fluent in Spanish and English
