Location: Royal Arsenal, London, SE18 6FR

Salary:  £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Development Details:

This role will be based at large residential complex in Woolwich made up of over 2800 homes.  Located along the banks of the River Thames, the development is close to Woolwich Arsenal Station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As an Assistant Facilities Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

You will have experience working in a similar role being responsible for managing relationships with a multitude of stakeholders, contractors, third party providers and residents / customers. Well presented, articulate and able to communicate with people at different levels.
Good health and safety experience, ensuring compliance at all times. Responsible for issuing permits to works, reviewing RAMS, checking PPE and carrying out site inspections with a good understanding of AOV’s, fire alarm maintenance etc.
Exposure to dealing with reactive maintenance related issues, investing, reporting and actioning accordingly. Keeping all impacted parties updated on progress, delays as required.
Some exposure to dealing with project management, getting quotations, managing contractors, overseeing works and ensuring health and safety compliance.
you’ll have worked in a similar role and are able to handle confidential information and sensitive matters
you’ll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with residents and contractors on any queries, complaints and health and safety related matters.
Ensuring statutory compliance and uploading required documentation online.
You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results
Support with the M&E daily checks (Plant rooms, pump rooms etc.)
You will work closely with the facilities team to ensure completion of fire risk assessments, general risk assessments and ensure deadlines are met. 
You have strong administrative experience, filling, archiving and retrieving documents.
