With recent success the Insulet Customer Service teams are looking to expand their German speaking departments in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role you will be ensuring a highly professional, courteous and empathetic customer service via both phone and email.
You will be responsible for responding to inbound calls & emails from customers regarding their Insulet products ensuring all questions are answered in a timely manner. There are a range of topics the call could be regarding such as order placements, coordinating orders, shipment arrangement or simple everyday questions.

On top of this you will receive:

Base salary – 797€ to 1.109€
