International Sales CoordinatorThe International Sales Coordinator ensures that international distribution and retail accounts are performing optimally. In this role you are responsible for supporting and monitoring performance of key accounts by performing appropriate maintenance related tasks and providing appropriate direction when necessary (external or internal). A successful International Sales Coordinator ensures that our distribution and retail customers have the information and assets needed to make selling games as enjoyable as playing games!Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage set up of New Customers and Items, maintain and track SKU Changes, perform listing optimisation and appropriate maintenance with key accounts
  • Communicating product launches with distributors, vendor reps, and retail accounts
  • Sales Order Processing with great accuracy and timeliness : receive purchase orders and confirm pricing, liaising with Finance and Logistics.
  • Manage distribution of sales and marketing assets such as product presentations, price lists and samples, product images and video
  • Maintain Reports
    • Manage input of Point of Sale (POS) data and create weekly report
    • Retail and Distribution Calendar : update with key deadlines, deliverables and activity to communicate with various cross functional teams
    • Track retail promotions and spend associated with retail promotions
    • Tracking reports for samples
  • Monitor customer inventory to ensure sufficient levels to satisfy consumer demand
  • Perform ad hoc sales analysis and reports, assist with business plan preparation, forecasting and forecast analysis
  • Support Sales Team communication and scheduling, create meeting recaps and wrap-up documents, provide administrative support as needed
Job Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or min. of 2 year’s experience in a related field.
  • Sales and/or E-Commerce experience in the toys and games industry is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a flexible, problem solving attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and GSuite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Proficient in English. Knowledge of either German, French, Italian or Spanish is an asset
