The role is a fantastic and broad role and will see you working collaboratively in a team of packaging specialists and experts, capturing new packaging knowledge, and enabling the realisation of new technologies.

You will lead and support packaging development projects through the entire life cycle to first product or technology launch whilst effectively acquiring and capturing new packaging knowledge, enabling the realisation of new technologies.

Managing project stakeholders, negotiating with key decision makers, and leveraging internal and external networks will be essential for your success.

The ideal Candidate - Packaging Development Specialist - will have:-

A Packaging, Engineering or Scientific background / qualification.
Packaging Development experience gained within an FMCG or similar high volume fast paced manufacturing business with a well-rounded understanding of packaging materials.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build great relationships with stakeholders
