As a French Customer Service you are an ambitious professional who is motivated to provide the best service and to perfectly analyse what your customer's needs are. You are communicative and enjoy a dynamic environment where you have different responsibilities. In order to succeed in this role you recognize yourself in the following:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in order management and B2B are requirements)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • You are available fulltime (32 up to 40 hours per week)
  • You live in the Eindhoven area

Wat ga jij doen
As a Customer Service employee, you are the first point of contact and have to build up a relationship with your own customers. You are the most important interface between client and organisation. In addition, you are responsible for:
  • Managing the Order Management process in a B2B setting
  • Collaborating with various departments (planning, sales, production, finance, quality) for optimal results
  • Identifying trends and patterns in customer orders, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Analyzing expected demand and coordinating actions with the supply chain, sales, and customers
  • Handling customer relationships through visits, trade shows, and road shows as necessary
