Your daily interactions with colleagues in sales, purchasing, and logistics enable you to focus on the administrative aspects of the sales and ordering process. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Vocational or university-level education and thinking
• Preferably several years of experience in a commercial or service-oriented environment;
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, with a preference for a third language.
• Available between 28 and 40 hours per week

As a member of the dynamic team, you are co-responsible for the seamless support of the entire sales process. Specifically, you are involved in:

• Thorough assessment of orders for completeness and identifying deviations
• Accurate administrative processing of orders in the system
• Proactive follow-up of outstanding orders
• Coordination of orders with the sales teams
