who are you

We are looking for a motivated person who already has some experience in a similar position. You are assisting the teamlead and together you are responsible for leading a team of 30 to 80 employees in the warehouse. What is important:

• Experience in a similar position;
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a pré;
• Willing to work fulltime in dayshift and later the year in 2 shifts (no nights);
• Responsible and committed.

what will you do

Together with the other teamleads and supervisors you are responsible for coordinating 30-80 employees. These employees work in different departments in the warehouse. You make sure that you have the overview of what needs to happen every day. You signal problems and come up with solutions for them. Ofcourse you also work in the warehouse. Furthermore you assist with:

• Optimizing processes;
• Preparing for the team meetings;
• Communicating with the different departments and teamleaders.

where will you work

You will work at a company that is part of the Puma group. The products you will work with include socks, underwear and swimwear from Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's and Puma. To get a clear picture of the warehouse, you can watch this video:
