Project Manager Real Estate

What will you do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for new industrial developments;
• Translate the project principles into a design and take the lead in the selection and tender process.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and budget estimates for new industrial developments.
• Execute and deliver the project in line with objectives, budget, and schedule, considering organizational strategy and current standards.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks related to project implementation and potential operational impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
