Meeting Point Hotel Management (Malta) Ltd. operates a number of hotels in Malta under the brand name of LABRANDA Hotels and Resorts and is seeking to recruit an Administrative Coordinator (F&B) on a full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Executive Head Chef, duties include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring that the Microsoft Outlook calendars of the F&B Manager and the Executive Head Chef are updated regularly;

  • Ensuring that the Vacation Leave and Overtime chits of both Departments’ Team Members, are raised and authorized in a timely fashion
  • Preparing both departmental weekly rosters whilst liaising with the two respective HODs;
  • Analysing and confirming the Departmental Time Sheets on time and forwarding them to Payroll within the stipulated deadline.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Departmental Requisition Orders when requested

 The selected candidate must have:

  • A proven 2 years of experience in Administration, ideally in a similar hotel environment.

  • Highly conversant with Microsoft Applications, in particular to Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Fluency in the English language with solid writing skills.

  • Multi-tasking and time management skills

  • The ability to work under pressure
