Meeting Point Hotel Management (Malta) Ltd. operates a number of hotels in Malta under the brand name of LABRANDA Hotels and Resorts and is seeking to recruit Demi Chef de Partie on a Full-Time basis.


Duties include, but will not be limited to :

  • Ensuring highest possible standards of hygiene;
  • Ensuring food is prepared and cooked to the defined standards;
  • To always use the exact recipe and work method within the specific food costs;
  • Efficient area, equipment and operating inventory upkeep;
  • Ensuring calm, organized,courteous, friendly and professional work environment;
  • Ensuring high level of cooperation with Food and Beverage personnel and other departments to ensure uncompromisd product and service quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Controlling and analysing on  an ongoing basis the quality levels of producion and presentation;
  • Other conditions that have not been covered above will be cognisant with the Company's Employees' Handbook and the Company's performance standards. Such conditions are subject to alteration in line with the exigencies of the hotel.


The selected candidate must :

  • Customer Orientation
  • Productivity
  • Professionalism
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry or Culinary arts.
  • Food handling License
