Meeting Point Hotel Management (Malta) Ltd. operates a number of hotels in Malta under the brand name of LABRANDA Hotels and Resorts and is seeking to recruit Chef de Partie on a Full -Time basis.
Duties include, but will not be limited to:
- Assisting the Executive head Chef and Sous Chef in the formulation, reviewing and updating of operating objectives and procedures;
- Ensuring highest possible standard of hygiene;
- To work in all sections of the kitchen;
- To supervise the Commis Chefs assigned to the respective person;
- Compliance with all prodecures, standard and quality service;
- Ensuring calm, organized, courteous, friendly and professional work environment;
- Other related duties as deemed required by the Manager.
The selected candidate must have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry or Culinary arts
- Have the ability to work under pressure;
- Have a good knowledge of the English Language.
