Summer Season in Crete Breakfast/Bar staff and Chambermaid assistant and kitchen helper required for small family run beach hotel

SUMMER IN THE SUN 2023 @ HOTEL PORTO LOUTRO
We have 2 hotels

We are looking for 4 more people to join our team

1 BREAKFAST/BAR person and 1 CHAMBERMAID for beach hotel and a kitchen helper and waitress for our other hotel 3 minutes away on the hill

to work with us running our small English Greek family boutique (10 steps from the beach) hotel in the village of LOUTRO, only accessible by foot or ferry) on the south coast of Crete.
Our season starts middle of May and finishes at the end of October

FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT INTERESTED IN WORKING THE 6 MONTHS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

7 days a week

Bar work...... Consists of general bar and breakfast duties and at lunchtime making sandwiches, coffees, simple cocktails etc
On your shift you will be working on your own (except for breakfast where you will be helping someone with breakfast) using cash register, preparing room bar bills,

We keep a friendly and informal atmosphere (clients and staff are of the same disposition) hence I require the "Perfect staff" Criteria: organized, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, flexible, friendly, outgoing, fun, good sense of humour etc…….. (Must admit I don’t always get it – but I do try).
Our guests are from all over the world, English is a must. (Greek is not necessary.)

Experience. It is very important for the person who is going to work with us, but we will teach you everything

PAY...... 1100euro a month plus National health insurance. Greek social security (covers unemployment, illness and non-occupational accidents

TIPS (a communal till.) Normally you can live off your tips (Money goes a long way in Loutro, as there is nowhere to spend it basically you could return with the entire season's wage.)

Accommodation is provided –
